We aim to please. If you have a problem with your shredder call us within the first 15 days and we will make every attempt to make you happy, either over the phone or by having a technician stop by. If you are still dissatisfied and choose not to keep your shredder, we will either exchange the shredder or refund you the product's original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) minus a 30% restocking fee.
Except for defective units (or some exchanges) a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned paper shredders. During the first 15 days be sure to hold on to all original packing material and paperwork, including warranty cards. If after contacting us it is determined that the product(s) must be shipped back, all items must be returned in their original packaging and received in "like new" condition to receive a refund, less 30% and your cost to ship it back.
1. Save all of the original packing material.
2. Contact CFS at 1-888-237-3221 within 15 days from receipt. CFS will work with the manufacturer to attempt resolving any technical issues. A return authorization number MUST be obtained from CFS for all returns.
3. You must ship the product back (at your cost) in the original packaging for a refund of the original sales price minus a 30% restocking fee, including any sales taxes, if applicable. It is your responsibility to ship the product back. You MUST insure the freight for the full original purchase price.
4. Upon receiving the returned product and meeting this criteria, CFS will refund you within 30 days.
